Chop garlic
Chop tomato
Skin avocados and place in medium mixing bowl
Mash avocados. I used a fork, and left some chunks!
If you want a kick, you can add a dollop of your favorite salsa for flare. Mix in with avocado mash.
Add tomatoes and garlic- mix.
Add cilantro to taste. I only put about 2 tablespoons worth in.
Add a spoonful of sour cream to make your guacamole creamier and to keep it from turning brown the next day!
Add juice from one lime.
Add salt and pepper to taste
Cover and refrigerate for about 15 minutes to let the flavors come out.
