Dice and mince onions, and garlic. Or green onions, optional.
Season the minced pork or beef with soy sauce, minced garlic and powdered pepper.
Chop kimchi into small pieces. Sauté the meat (or other substitutes) with vegetable or olive oil in frying pan. When the meat is cooked, add chopped onions, kimchi and cook for 5 minutes.
Add minced garlic and green onion. Cook a little more and turn off the heat.
Add cooked rice and mix all ingredients well. Then add 1 tbsp of sesame oil, salt and pepper to taste.
At the same time, use a skillet with medium heat. Cook both side of the rib for about 5 minutes.
Cook egg sunny side up (or scrambled). Put rice on a dish and place a fried egg sunny side up on top.
This recipe is about 2 servings, since the marinated sauce for rib is pretty easy to make, next time I will make it at home instead.
