How to make a healthy mixed berry smoothie for the day

These are the ingredients you will need including a blender.

Wash the Strawberries.

Cut the tops off.

Cut the Strawberry in half.

Add into your blender.

Roughly cut 1 whole Banana.

Add to your blender.

Add your frozen Mixed Berries.

Add 1 good tablespoon of Greek Yogurt.

Add your last good tablespoon of Greek Yogurt.

Add your Almond Milk.

Add some ice.

Pour into a tall cup.

Very healthy, very delicious, and very simple! Start this with your morning, or for a delicious quick drink! :)
