You need a squash and an egg. You can get some flour too if you have it

Cut the squash

Crack the egg. Add 3 teaspoons flour if you do have it, if not, its ok

Mix it

Prepare your pan, use oil

One by one put them on the pan, cook for 2-3 minutes each side and its ready!

I did cut some squashes in piesces and cooked egg together with them. Add some sour cream and enjoy! Remember, its addictive!
