The ingredients: watermelon, asparagus, lollo rosso, greek feta, tomatoes, lemon and sesame oil.
Cut watermelon and feta into chunky cubes. Half the tomatoes.
Clean the lollo rosso.
Cut off wooden ends of asparagus.
Cut into 2 - 3cm pieces.
Fry the asparagus in sesame oil on medium for 3 minutes or until soft enough to eat.
The result is a fresh, light summer salad.
